White dial, black counters

Reference 126500LN-0001 is the white-dial steel Daytona from 2023. On our photos the white dial carries three black counters with white numerals, the batons and hands are white tone, and the black ceramic bezel with its tachymeter scale sits inside a steel rim. In the dark the hands and markers glow blue.

Steel throughout

Case and Oyster bracelet are 904L steel, 40 mm across, with a folding clasp; the crystal is sapphire with anti-reflective coating and the case is rated 30 m, fine for hand washing but not for the pool. With no gold anywhere it is the easiest Daytona to wear every day. Our case size guide places 40 mm on wrists from about 17 cm.

Movement and the black version

Japanese Miyota-based automatic chronograph or Swiss built to follow the 4130; with both the chronograph starts, stops and resets. The same case with a black dial is the 126500LN-0002, and the white-gold-tone Le Mans 126529LN-0001 reverses the colours. What is the difference between 126500LN and the older 116500LN?

The 126500LN is the newer generation: on the photos you can see the thin steel rim around the ceramic bezel. Dial layout and size, 40 mm, stay the same.
