Most of the women's range comes from four Rolex lines. The Lady-Datejust, mostly in 26mm with some 31mm models, is the dedicated women's line with fluted bezels, Jubilee bracelets and many stone-set options. The Datejust 31 and 36 give the same design in larger sizes. The Oyster Perpetual comes in 28, 31, 34 and 36mm with bright dials, and the Day-Date 36 adds the day of the week.

For wrists under about 16.5cm, a 26 to 31mm Lady-Datejust or Oyster Perpetual sits neatly; between 16.5 and 18cm, a 31 or 34mm model works, and the 36mm Datejust or Day-Date suits women who prefer a larger watch.
