Questions About the Watches, Orders and Delivery

No. It is a replica built to the design of the Rolex model, and it is not a Rolex product. Up close with a loupe a trained watchmaker can spot differences; at arm’s length, in normal wear, nobody will notice. Before it ships you see 8-12 photos and a video of your actual watch.
Only the movement. The Japanese one is a Miyota-based automatic at 21,600 vph with about 40 hours of power reserve and a quickset date. The Swiss one is an automatic built to follow the original caliber; the 3235 type runs at 28,800 vph with about 70 hours, hacking seconds and a quickset date, and on the Daytona it follows the 4130 chronograph. Case, crystal and bezel are the same with both.
Yes. Within 3-5 business days of payment we email you 8-12 photos and a video of your actual watch, and it ships only after you approve. For more photos or a video before you order, message us on WhatsApp +86 176 8892 6769 or in the chat and name the model.
Every watch has a 904L steel case and a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, whichever movement you choose. The Submariner, GMT-Master II and Daytona have ceramic bezel inserts with platinum-filled numerals. Gold models are steel with gold plating, and platinum-tone models are 904L steel with a platinum-coloured finish.
When your watch ships you get a tracking link by email, and you can follow it on our tracking page with your order number and email. Most orders arrive 12-16 business days after dispatch, and the first scan can take up to 5 days. Times for other countries are in our delivery information.
The watch ships in protective packaging. A Rolex-style wooden box that fits cases from 26 to 44mm is an optional extra; you can add it from our accessories page. Papers and warranty cards are not listed in the shop, so ask us if you need them.
Almost never. Your parcel travels through our private shipping channel, which clears customs for you. If a customs fee ever comes up, we refund it, and if customs holds your parcel, we refund any fee you paid or reship your order at our cost. Review our shipping policy for more details.
Our watches are rated to 30 metres. Rain and washing your hands are fine; please do not swim or shower with it, and keep the screw-down crown screwed in. Depth ratings quoted for Rolex sea models describe the original watches.
Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on a secure page at checkout, bank transfer with 10% off, or crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and other major coins) with 15% off. Larger card orders are paid in parts: the first at checkout and the rest only after you approve photos of your watch. We do not take PayPal.
Yes. Both movements are automatics, so the seconds hand sweeps smoothly: the Swiss one at 28,800 vph and the Japanese one at 21,600 vph.
As a general guide, the Swiss movement runs about ±5-8 seconds a day and the Japanese one about ±15-20. If the watch has been sitting for a few days, wind the crown about 20 turns.
The Submariner, GMT-Master II and Daytona have ceramic bezel inserts with platinum-filled numerals. Other models have the bezel of their Rolex reference, such as fluted, smooth or stone-set, and the product page shows it.
