Reference 116508-0004 is the black-dial version of the yellow gold Daytona. On the photos the counters are black too, each with a gold-tone ring, and the applied baton markers and hands are gold tone, so the face is black and gold with no third colour. In daylight it reads very clearly.

Case, bezel and bracelet do not change across the family. The 40 mm case and the three-link Oyster bracelet are yellow gold-plated 904L steel, the bezel carries an engraved tachymeter scale, and the crystal is sapphire. It is rated 30 m, which covers rain and hand washing. Movement choice

Both movements run the full chronograph: 30-minute counter at 3, running seconds at 6, 12-hour counter at 9. The Japanese one is Miyota-based at 21,600 vph, about 40 hours of reserve.
