Reference 116509-0072 is the white gold Daytona with a silver dial, and on our photos it looks silver-grey, with three black counters. Markers and hands are white tone. The layout is close to a panda, but the metal bezel in white gold tone gives it a softer frame than the black ceramic of the 126500LN.

Case and bracelet

The 40 mm case is 904L steel in a white gold tone, topped by a metal bezel with an engraved tachymeter. The three-link Oyster bracelet closes with a folding clasp. Sapphire crystal; rated 30 m, so keep it out of the pool. On the wrist photo it looks like a steel watch with a light dial.

Choosing between the 116509s

For a black face with set markers choose the 116509-0055; for colour, the blue 116509-0071. Movement options are the same for all: Miyota-based Japanese or Swiss built to follow the 4130. Is this the same as the white gold Daytona with a ceramic bezel?

No. The 116519LN with a similar silver dial and black counters has a black ceramic bezel and a rubber strap. This 116509-0072 has a metal bezel and a full Oyster bracelet.
