Black dial in a two-tone case

Reference 126503-0003 is the black-dial version of the steel and yellow gold Daytona. The counters are black like the dial and edged with gold-tone rings, the hands have a black inlay along the centre and DAYTONA is printed in red. On the photos the black face makes the gold bezel look brighter than on the white or golden dials.

Steel and gold in balance

The yellow gold plating is on the bezel, crown, pushers and the centre links of the Oyster bracelet; everything else is 904L steel. It is a good middle ground between the full steel 126500LN-0002 and the all-gold Daytonas. Sapphire crystal, rated 30 m: take it off before the pool.

Movement
