Black, gold and set markers

Reference 126503-0002 is the two-tone Daytona with a black dial, golden counters and gem-set markers. On our photos the counters are a pale golden colour with fine rings, which makes them pop against the black. Eight stones sit in square gold-tone settings.

Two-tone details

Gold plating covers the bezel with its engraved tachymeter, the crown, the pushers and the centre bracelet links; the case and outer links are 904L steel. The photos show the brushed steel next to the polished gold-tone centre row. Sapphire crystal and a 30 m limit for rain and hand washing.

Movement and alternatives

Japanese Miyota-based chronograph or Swiss built to follow the 4130. Without stones, the 126503-0003 has a black dial with black counters, and the 126503-0004 a golden one. All two-tone models are on our Rolex Daytona replica collection page.

Why is it called gem-set and not iced?

Only the eight hour markers are set. Iced models have stones across the bezel or case as well; this one has a plain engraved bezel.
