This chocolate 36 mm Datejust has the smooth, rounded bezel and the Oyster bracelet, a plain and practical combination. On the photos the dial is a warm brown with a light sunburst, and the rose-tone batons catch the light against it. The fluted-bezel version is the 126231, and the same watch on a Jubilee is the 126201 chocolate on a Jubilee.

What is the difference between this 126201 and the 126231?

The bezel. The 126201 has a smooth domed bezel; the 126231 has a fluted one. Dial colour and rose gold plating are the same on both.
