Rose counters on black

The three counters are not black like the dial: they are a pale rose that matches the case, which is easiest to see on photo 03. That gives a warmer contrast than a plain black Daytona and ties the dial to the plating. The white-dial 116515 reverses the scheme, and the coffee 116515 with Arabic numerals stays in brown.

Case and strap

rose gold plating covers the 904L steel case, crown and pushers; the bezel is black ceramic with the tachymeter scale. The strap is black rubber with a folding clasp in the case tone. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating; rated to 30 m for rain and hand washing.

Two movements

Are the counters pink or gold?

A pale rose, close to the case colour. In daylight they read pink, under warm light more golden.
