The turquoise on photo 02 is a light blue-green without visible sunray lines, so it looks the same from most angles. The same colour comes in 36 and 41 mm; this is the smallest. Other 31 mm colours worth a look are the 277200 with the pale green pistachio dial and the coral red 277200.

Is turquoise more blue or more green?

On the photos it is a light blue with a clear green tint, somewhere between sky blue and mint. It does not change much with the light because the dial has no sunray finish.
