Batman bezel, movement and lume

Most of the gallery is taken in a workshop: the movement through the open back on photos 02 to 04, the watch on a timing machine on photos 06 and 19, and the markers glowing on photos 10, 15 and 25. The bezel is black above and blue below, and the 24-hour hand is blue. The black-and-blue GMT listed as the 16720 uses the same bezel colours with a very different dial.

What colour is the 24-hour hand on this Batman?

Blue, matching the lower half of the bezel. Photos 14 and 26 show it clearly. The hand works, pointing to a second time zone on the 24-hour bezel.
