Carbon pattern from case to dial

On photos 02 and 03 the bezel numerals are sand coloured, the hour markers are white dots and batons, and the 24-hour hand ends in a red arrow, the only bright detail on the watch. The carbon on the case runs in irregular layers, as the flanks on photos 04 and 08 show. The lighter version with a cream dial is the DiW carbon GMT with the cream Arabic-numeral dial.

Strap and caseback

The watch comes on the black fabric strap from the main photo. The hand-held shots show it on a grey fabric strap with a black leather lining and a carbon-pattern buckle. Inside and on the wrist

The crystal is sapphire with an anti-reflective coating, and the watch is rated to 30 m, enough for rain and hand washing. The red-tipped 24-hour hand is a working one: set it to another time zone and read it against the sand-coloured numerals of the bezel. Choose Japanese (Miyota-based, about 40 hours of reserve) or Swiss (built to follow the original calibre, 28,800 vph). No. It comes on the black fabric strap from the main picture; the close-ups show the same watch on a grey fabric strap with a leather lining.
